A leading global market research organisation is recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager to join its collaborative Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role during a significant payroll transition, ensuring seamless payroll delivery and supporting the business through a period of change. Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global business and gain exposure to a major payroll transformation project. Key responsibilities include:
> Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 500 UK employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
> Perform payroll reconciliations, validation checks, and process payroll amendments, updates, and adjustments.
> Support the payroll transition by working closely with the current Payroll Manager during handover and partnering with ADP throughout implementation.
> Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing excellent payroll support and ensuring a smooth flow of information across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
> Proven end-to-end UK payroll experience
> Experience processing high-volume payrolls
> Experience with ADP Freedom
> Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
> Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
