We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team.

The Role

You’ll start your day early, preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for a great guest experience. From ensuring the buffet is well-presented and fully stocked to handling made-to-order items with care and precision, you’ll take pride in delivering consistent, delicious food. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest’s morning memorable.

The Person

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef with a passion for preparing authentic Indian breakfast dishes. You’ll have a deep knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques, with the ability to deliver high-quality, flavorful dishes consistently. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential to handle a busy breakfast service efficiently. You’ll maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, work collaboratively with your team, and take pride in presentation. Most importantly, you’ll bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to giving every guest a memorable start to their day

The Hotel

Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.

The rooms and suites at the hotel exude elegance and guests can enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica with its sophisticated atrium setting or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
