Sheffield DocFest is seeking a Finance & Executive Coordinator
Sheffield DocFest is seeking a Finance & Executive Coordinator
At Sheffield DocFest, no two days are quite the same. As Finance & Executive Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the festival’s busy year-round operation, working closely with the Head of Finance and Managing Director to help turn ambitious ideas into reality.
This is a unique opportunity to bring together financial know-how, sharp organisational skills and a passion for the creative world. You’ll help keep the financial wheels turning while providing trusted, high-level support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team — making sure the right things happen, at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
From managing financial administration and keeping a close eye on detail, to coordinating priorities, supporting decision-making and helping navigate the wonderfully varied demands of a major international documentary festival, you’ll be a key part of the team behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, capable and calm under pressure; someone who enjoys variety, thrives on making connections and takes real satisfaction in bringing order to complexity. You’ll be confident working independently, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and generous in your approach to collaboration.
Above all, you’ll be someone who wants to contribute to something bigger — supporting the people, ideas and creative ambition that make Sheffield DocFest such a vital part of the UK’s documentary and cultural landscape.
