About the role
The One Group are exclusively recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a reputable and globally recognised organisation based in Milton, Cambridge on a full time, permanent basis. You'll be a part of a small but mighty team, and therefore this is a great opportunity to gain real exposure in a broad role.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Hybrid working is offered for this role
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices and setting up payments
- Production of monthly management accounts, including journal postings in areas such as fixed assets, prepayments and accruals
- Assist with the analysis of actual spend vs budget
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
- Experienced with Excel to an intermediate level
- Hold an AAT Level 2 or university degree in accounting
