Reporting into senior Finance Manager, the Commercial Accountant will play a key role in supporting operational performance and driving commercial decision-making across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a first-time mover from practice looking to transition into a genuinely commercial finance role within industry. You'll join a highly visible finance team supporting a large-scale manufacturing site and gain exposure to operational decision-making, business partnering and commercial analysis from day one.
Description
- Partnering with operational and manufacturing stakeholders to drive business performance.
- Delivering meaningful financial reporting and commercial analysis.
- Supporting month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and cost control.
- Supporting investment appraisals and capital expenditure projects.
- Providing financial insight to influence operational decisions.
- Challenging costs, performance trends and key business assumptions.
- Building strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- ACA or ACCA qualified accountants.
- Individuals looking to make their first move from practice into industry.
