Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday, 0700-1700
Temp to Perm
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager who can start immediately with a business in the Rushden area.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site. You will lead the team on shift, keep the site running smoothly and look after the paperwork. You will also run the site on your own when the Site Manager is away.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Site Manager with the daily running of the site
- Leading and supervising the site team on shift
- Allocating work and making sure targets and deadlines are met
- Making sure health and safety rules are followed at all times
- Completing, checking and filing site paperwork and records
- Dealing with problems as they come up and reporting them to the Site Manager
- Keeping the site tidy, secure and in good working order
- Covering for the Site Manager when they are off site or on leave
This role offers you:
- £37,000 per annum
- Full-time hours, working either Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday
- Temp to perm for the right person
- Immediate start
But what experience do you need?
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience in an industrial environment is essential
- Comfortable working the stated hours (0700-1700) on either rota
