About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a rail/civils project with an established contractor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site.
- Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading and general earthworks.
- Loading and moving materials as required.
- Working safely around existing services and other site operatives.
- Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting any defects.
- Following lift plans, RAMS and site instructions.
- Working closely with the site supervisor, banksman and groundworkers.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Assisting with general site duties when required.
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety).
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator qualification.
- Previous experience operating a 360 excavator on rail/civils projects.
- Full PPE.
- Reliable and available to start Monday.
