This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to work within a unique and highly secure environment, delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and service standards. What's in it for you? £15.00 per hour 35 hours per week Monday to Thursday working pattern Three-day weekend every week Access to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP access, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, supermarket savings and more Life assurance and pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy additional leave Training and development opportunities Apprenticeship schemes available Career progression within a global organisation Supportive and inclusive working environment What you'll be doing Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to a consistently high standard Cooking menu-specific dishes and meals in line with customer requirements Ensuring food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are achieved Maintaining food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards at all times Supporting stock control, stock rotation, and deliveries Completing food safety documentation and due diligence records Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment Supporting the wider catering team to deliver an excellent service Qualifications Strong culinary background Previous experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment Excellent knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent organisational and time-management skills Positive and professional approach to work Passion for producing high-quality food Additional Information Successful candidates will be required to complete high-level BPSS security vetting. A DBS check will be required prior to commencing employment. This role is based within a highly secure environment and successful applicants must be able to satisfy all site security requirements.
