About the role
On behalf of our client, Winberry Recruitment are looking for an Air Source Heat Pump Installer to join an expanding renewable energy team delivering domestic heat pump installations across Reading, Swindon and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Heating Engineer or Air Source Heat Pump Installer looking to join a business with a strong pipeline of renewable projects.
You'll be responsible for the installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems within domestic properties, working alongside electricians and plumbing teams to deliver high-quality heating solutions.
The successful Air Source Heat Pump Installer will join a growing department where progression, training and long-term development are actively encouraged.
Requirements- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing & Heating
- Strong domestic heating background
- 10+ years' plumbing/heating experience preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- G3 & Water Regulations desirable
- Previous ASHP experience advantageous but not essential
