About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Consultant to join its growing advisory practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading professional services organisations on complex Knowledge Management and data transformation programmes. You will work closely with clients to develop KM strategies, design solutions and lead implementation programmes. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery and requires someone who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders as well as technical teams.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing Knowledge Management strategies, roadmaps and business cases
- Designing and implementing KM solutions, including taxonomies, data structures and governance
- Leading client workshops, stakeholder engagement and project delivery
- Advising on data architecture, integration and information governance
- Supporting KM technology selection, configuration and implementation
- Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery
You'll bring:
- Experience in Knowledge Management consulting or professional services, ideally within the legal sector
- Strong understanding of KM technologies, data and information governance
- Experience delivering client-facing projects and managing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- A pragmatic, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience with document management, enterprise search or new matter intake platforms is advantageous
