The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching within a primary setting.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management.
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.
• Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
