Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for the opportunity to make a real impact in a small, supportive school setting?
We are seeking a passionate Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for a Reception class of just 14 children, enabling you to provide a highly personalised learning experience and build strong relationships with pupils and families.
The Role
- Full responsibility for a Reception class of 14 pupils
- Planning, delivering and assessing engaging EYFS lessons
- Creating a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and supporting children's development across all areas of learning
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
- Working collaboratively with school leaders and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A positive, creative and child-centred approach to teaching
- Commitment to providing an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
