We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Tenant Experience & Front of House Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, reception, concierge or customer service who enjoys creating welcoming environments and delivering outstanding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for welcoming tenants, visitors and contractors, providing a professional and friendly reception service, and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries. You’ll also support tenant events, wellbeing initiatives and community activities, build positive relationships with tenants and visitors, and maintain a welcoming front-of-house environment. Working closely with the building management team, you’ll help ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception, hospitality, concierge or another customer-facing role, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll have a professional, approachable manner, strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.
