About the role
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a well-established business based in Mansfield as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a minimum of 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high volumes.
The Role:
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with payment runs
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
- Confident processing high volumes of invoices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A team player with excellent communication skills
