Building and Construction Tunbridge Wells, Kent £45000 - £55000 per annum Permanent Share JobWe are seeking a BMS Project Engineer to join a growing projects team delivering Building Management System (BMS) solutions across commercial and industrial environments. The role involves managing projects from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple BMS projects from conception to completion.
- Produce control system designs, technical documentation, and project reports.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Carry out commissioning, testing, and system optimisation.
- Attend site and client meetings, ensuring projects progress to programme.
- Maintain compliance with relevant health & safety requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience within BMS, Building Controls, or Building Automation projects.
- Strong understanding of control systems, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Good technical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Relevant electrical, engineering, HNC/HND, or industry qualifications beneficial.
