Essential Requirements
- UK driving licence, or an international driving licence (valid for 9 months), your own car and business insurance are essential.
- You must be able to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays
- You must be able to work sleep-in shifts when required.
- Confident supporting children and young people with additional needs, including behaviours that may challenge
About the Role
Provide person-centred support to children and young people with additional needs (sometimes complex and challenging), helping them develop independence, life skills, social connections, and wellbeing. The role includes community support, personal care, and promoting positive outcomes in line with individual support plans.
