Our client has a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment with the potential to develop their skills and progress within the business.

The role involves hands-on production work in a busy factory environment, with the opportunity for suitable candidates to be trained towards Technician positions in the future, offering the chance to develop new skills and increase earning potential.

Your duties will include:

• Lifting metal components from storage racks.
• Assembling components and clipping them securely into place.
• Carrying out repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Following work instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working alongside colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and working as part of a team.

• Standing: The role involves standing for extended periods and carrying out repetitive tasks.
• Teamwork: You will always work alongside a colleague and will not be left working alone.
• Working environment: The factory can be very loud, so hearing protection is essential.
• PPE: Safety boots, high-visibility clothing and earplugs must be worn at all times. Gloves and safety goggles are also required in designated areas.
• Health and safety: Following procedures and instructions is essential to protect yourself and your colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable, punctual and committed to their work.
• Comfortable with practical, hands-on production duties.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently.
• Focused on attention to detail, safety and quality.
• Happy working in a busy, noisy factory environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and undertaking repetitive tasks.
• Keen to learn new skills and interested in long-term progression.

Previous factory or production experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.

If you're looking for a reliable, long-term opportunity with the potential to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you!
