Up to £13.10 per hour, depending on experience

Our friendly Radiology team in our Tunbridge Wells Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Bank Administrator.

As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will:

• Handle enquiries and general queries via phone, email and in person.
• Troubleshoot and be a skilled communicator
• Ensure accurate patient processing.
• Maintain databases.
• Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, WP and diary management.
• Take payments for imaging examinations

As an Administrator, you will:

• Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
• Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
• Have good IT and keyboard skills.
• Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
• Have good focus and attention to detail.
