About the role
As schools and nurseries settle into the winter term, we're looking for warm, caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our Early Years team across Bristol, Bath and Keynsham.
Whether you're an experienced Nursery Practitioner, a Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge, or someone keen to gain hands-on experience in Early Years, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're the sort of person who celebrates the little victories, from a child writing their name for the first time to mastering their zip independently, you'll fit right in.
Why Early Years?
The autumn and winter terms are a crucial time for young children as they build confidence, develop social skills and settle into school and nursery routines.
As part of the team, you'll help create the positive experiences that shape a child's love of learning from the very beginning.

You could be:
- Supporting children across Nursery, Reception and Early KS1

- Helping children learn through play, exploration and creativity
- Supporting routines, snack times and transitions throughout the day
- Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
- Creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment
- Celebrating every milestone, big or small
