Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive
Swindon – Hybrid Working
My client is a respected local law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for its Marlborough office, offering an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE to take on a varied role with a good degree of autonomy.
About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion. The role would suit an experienced conveyancer who is confident working independently, although support is available.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- The ability to manage a caseload largely independently and work proactively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
