About the role
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a busy and growing construction business. We are looking for a hardworking, organised and proactive individual who is happy to get stuck in and provide support to a busy team of Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Project Managers
- Coordinating project documentation and updating records
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Managing emails, schedules and general enquiries
- Assisting with the smooth running of ongoing projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative experience
- Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Proactive, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile
- Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
