Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2.
* Providing targeted support to pupils with SEND, adapting activities to meet individual needs.

* Working collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Encouraging pupils to develop independence, confidence and positive learning habits.
* The Ideal Candidate
* We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive and passionate about helping children thrive.
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, children's residential home or a similar setting.
* Essential experience supporting children with SEND.

Desirable qualifications:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.
