As a Credit Controller in the FMCG industry, based in Oxford, you'll play a vital role in managing credit accounts and ensuring the smooth flow of payments. Description

• Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment plans.
• Prepare and distribute regular credit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Assist in the improvement of credit control processes and systems.
• Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as required.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or a similar role in the Accounting & Finance field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive and organised approach to work.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £34,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Weekly or monthly pay options.
