A Chartered Structural Engineer at a senior level is sought to join this award winning structural consultancy at their offices based in South West London. You will be taking a key role in the running and development of the projects, working alongside the Directors. You will be leading a team of engineers and technicians and taking responsibility for projects and clients.
The practice is well established and expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design and multi-storey schemes. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools, data centres, public sector schemes, vertical extensions re-cladding work. Projects normally range from 150,000 up to 10m. They also get involved in various temporary works design solutions.
This is an exciting time for a firm in its growth phase, and this position is for a candidate to play a key role in the development of the business. You must be a Chartered engineer with experience of working on a variety of buildings schemes and be technically excellent from a design point of view.
