Salary; Basic salary £30,000 plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.
OTE; £31,500 - £36,000

Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You have experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success.
- You are highly self-motivated, with a clear drive to advance your career.
- You are an exceptionally organised and composed individual.
- You proactively address enquiries and resolve issues with speed and efficiency
- You are known for your exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivered in previous roles.
