Salary: £28,000 + (DOE)

Location: Chertsey - Office-based (WFH day may be considered after probation)

Hours: Full-time & Part-time opportunities are available

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts and payroll who is looking for a varied role with client and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
• Processing payroll for candidates, including new registrations to the umbrella payroll
• Managing general administrative tasks as required
• Handling accounts queries and providing support to clients and candidates
• Regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure smooth payroll and compliance processes

Requirements:

• AAT Level 2 qualification (minimum)
• Previous experience in accounts and payroll
• Experience within the umbrella sector is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
