Investment Manager, Industrial/ Real Estate (Tokyo, Japan) A leading Asia-based real estate investment platform is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to support the growth of its industrial and data centre investments in Japan. This role focuses on investment sourcing and execution, alongside asset management responsibilities for existing assets. The position offers strong exposure across the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, development, and asset management. The platform is expanding its presence in Japan and plans to pursue new land acquisitions and greenfield data centre developments. Key Responsibilities Investment & Development Source and evaluate industrial and data centre investment opportunities Conduct financial modelling and investment analysis Support deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution Build relationships with brokers, developers, and landowners Support land acquisitions for future development projects Asset Management Support asset management activities for existing assets in Japan Develop strategies to optimise asset performance and cash flow Review budgets, leasing performance, and financial reports Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and external stakeholders Requirements 8-12 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills Familiarity with the Japan real estate market preferred Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field Japanese language required, English advantageous
