About the role
- Competitive salary between £25,000 and £27,000 per year, negotiable

- Minimum of 2 years proven success in regulated debt collection
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills; full training on in-house systems provided
- Experience in accounting or credit control (preferred)
- Previous experience working in regulated environments
- Engaging with customers via telephone and email to resolve payment issues
- Building relationships to facilitate quick notification of payments made directly
- Negotiating payment plans within strict compliance frameworks
- Completing administrative tasks related to debt resolution
- Supporting ad hoc duties as required to meet team goals
