About the role
Junior Business & Data Analyst – Maidenhead
Are you a graduate or early-career analyst who is Tech Savvy and enjoys working with data, solving problems and finding ways to improve how a business operates?
I’m working with an established international business looking for a Junior Business & Data Analyst to join their team at an exciting time of change and development.
This is a great opportunity to build your experience across business reporting, data analysis, forecasting and process improvement, working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
What will you be doing?
- Producing business reports and dashboards.
- Analysing sales, product performance, stock and inventory data.
- Supporting forecasting and business planning.
- Using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends and insights.
- Helping improve processes, automate reporting and reduce manual administration.
- Working with different teams to support business decisions.
Requirements
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, up to one year's experience in a related role.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- A proactive approach, good organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
Experience with ERP systems, retail, distribution or supply chain would be beneficial but isn't essential.
