Are you a resilient, proactive and caring individual looking for a full-time role where you can make a real difference?
We are recruiting School-Based Care Assistants in Bletchley to support children and young people with autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist educational setting.
This role would suit experienced Care Assistants, Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, residential support staff or individuals with a background in youth work who enjoy hands-on work and building positive relationships with young people.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with autism and SEMH needs.
- Assist with personal care where required.
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
- Follow individual care and support plans.
- Encourage independence and participation in school activities.
- Build positive relationships while maintaining consistent boundaries.
- Work alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils' wellbeing.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK; sponsorship cannot be offered.
- Previous experience in care, support work, youth work or education is desirable.
- An understanding of autism, SEMH or behaviours that challenge is beneficial.
- Comfortable providing personal care where required.
- A patient, proactive and resilient approach.
