The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve: ·
Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects ·
Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments. ·
Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects. ·
Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs. ·
Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects. ·
Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards. The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing will with: ·
Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor ·
Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects ·
Would be open to a junior who's looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry ·
Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions. ·
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ·
Strong character that's not afraid to help the team when necessary ·
