The Role
- ·Upload, process and code supplier invoices accurately.
- ·Match invoices to purchase orders.
- ·Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment queries.
- ·Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment issues.
- ·Support the wider finance team with administrative duties as required.
Key Requirement
- Previous experience working as Accounts Payable Assistant
- Be able to commute to Harefield easily - ideally a car driver (as limited public transport)
- Be available immediately for a long term temp role
