Henlee Resourcing is urgently seeking an experienced People Partner to support this multi-site household-name business, based in London & Swindon.

This hands-on role will partner with senior commercial leaders and the Divisional Head of HR, to help drive a significant restructure programme across one of their flag ship divisions.

You will manage TUPE processes, redundancies and employee relations activity, linked to site closures and restructuring, supporting consultation processes, preparing management information and reporting, and ensuring change is delivered consistently and in line with employment legislation and internal policies.

You'll be an experienced HR / People Partner with strong TUPE, restructuring and complex employee relations experience, ideally gained within a multi-site environment. Pragmatic, organised and confident working autonomously, you'll be comfortable picking up the detail and getting things done at pace.

This is a three-month interim assignment requiring an immediate start, with remote working or hybrid arrangements available through either their Swindon or London offices.
