About the role
New Field Sales Opportunity!
The growth in convenience isn t slowing down anytime soon.
We re partnering with a major FMCG brand as they continue to expand their field sales presence across the UK.
- Territory: Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole
- Applicants must live on-patch / within the territory
This is a high-energy, field-based role where you ll take ownership of your area across independent convenience retail.
You ll be out in trade daily:
- Building relationships with retailers
- Driving visibility and availability in-store
- Negotiating additional space and displays
- Activating promotions and growing sales
- Owning your patch like it s your own business
They want people with energy, resilience and a genuine desire to make things happen in-market.
What do you need:
- Sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience
- Confidence building relationships quickly
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Package:
- £30,000 salary
- £1,500 quarterly bonus
- Fully expensed company vehicle
Ideal for someone already in FMCG field sales or someone from retail/hospitality looking to break into the industry with a huge brand behind them.
