Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy operational service. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, vehicles and resources, ensuring service delivery targets are achieved while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational teams and vehicle resources.
- Respond to service issues, vehicle breakdowns and staffing challenges.
- Manage customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor performance data and identify service improvements.
- Liaise with maintenance providers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage timesheets, records and operational administration.
- Support training, compliance and health & safety activities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, transport, waste management or a similar environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating front-line teams.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities.
