Customer Service Advisor

This is a role where great customer service and sales go hand in hand. There s no hard-sell approach customers are already looking for a solution. Your job is to understand what they need, guide them through their options and make the experience as straightforward as possible. The Role You ll be dealing with customers across phone, live chat and email, helping them from their initial enquiry through to completion. You ll need to be comfortable working at pace, switching between different types of enquiries and making sure every customer receives a professional and positive experience. What You ll Be Doing Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and emailConverting enquiries and quotations into salesBuilding rapport quickly and understanding what each customer needsExplaining information, pricing and options clearlyProcessing payments and customer information accuratelyFollowing up outstanding quotations and applicationsDealing with amendments, cancellations and general customer queriesHandling complaints professionally and escalating where requiredKeeping accurate customer records and notesWorking towards individual and team sales and service targetsIdentifying potential issues and escalating them appropriatelyContributing ideas to improve processes and the customer experience What We re Looking For We re looking for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.
