This is a great opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and candidates with relevant experience working with children who are looking to develop their career in education. The Role Supporting pupils with learning and development Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Helping pupils stay engaged and focused Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines Working alongside teaching staff to meet individual needs Building positive and professional relationships with pupils Requirements Experience working with children or young people essential Teaching Assistant or classroom experience desirable Experience supporting ALN/SEN pupils beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm, patient and reliable approach Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team EWC registration or willingness to register Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service Why Join Aspire People?
