Job Description

As a manager, you will be trusted by your team, work with them individually and as a group to help achieve their goals and commitments, and listen, support, mentor, coach, and help them grow to their full potential. As an engineer, you will communicate technical concepts to a varied audience of stakeholders across the business, and together with product owners, and business analysts you will be accountable for the results and delivery of the team, with a focus on innovation.
