About the role
Job Title: Assembly Operative Location: Outskirts of Ashford (own transport required due to location) Contract Type: Temporary to permanent Salary: 13.60, plus overtime available paid at higher rates! Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am–5:45pm, finishing at 4:15pm on Friday Benefits: Weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, free on–site parking and access to online benefits platform! Role Overview: We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be operating tools to assembly products together. This position involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so physical fitness is essential. Key Responsibilities: Operating tools such as hammers, drills and powered nail guns to assembly products.What We're Looking For: Comfortable with physical, hands–on work and able to lift up to 25kg.Previous experience in machinery, assembly, production, woodworking, or general labouring is advantageous.Safety boots and hi–vis clothing are required.Interested in the role?
