Salary: Up to 45000 Tips & Tronc Monthly Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

The General Manager role at Rudys is one of the most exciting leadership positions. Youll have full accountability for the performance people and culture of your Pizzeria - operating with genuine autonomy backed by a business that invests seriously in its leaders.

Your Day-to-Day

Full P&L ownership revenue labour GP and operating costs

Building and leading a high-performing genuinely engaged management and team structure

Driving a guest experience

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety compliance and operational excellence

Recruiting developing and retaining top talent at every level

Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudys values - passion Pizza & people

Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site

What were looking for

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quality-led hospitality environment

Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L budgets forecasting and driving a bottom line

An inspiring people-first leader with a genuine track record of developing great teams

Uncompromising standards in guest experience food safety and operational delivery

Genuine alignment with the Rudys brand values and Mission
