Senior Residential Support Worker – Preston (PR2) Role: Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Preston, Lancashire – PR2 An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential service in Preston. You'll play a key role in supporting children and young people while also providing leadership and guidance to the wider residential team. The role includes: Providing high-quality day-to-day care and support. Building positive and trusting relationships with children. Supporting children's individual care plans and outcomes. Promoting education, independence and positive development. Supporting safeguarding procedures. Acting as a senior member of the team. Providing guidance and support to other residential workers. Maintaining accurate records. Working alongside social workers and other professionals. We're looking for someone who: Has experience working within children's residential care. Is passionate about supporting young people. Can act as a positive role model. Has strong communication skills. Is confident taking responsibility within a residential environment. ?
