About the role
Delta Personnel is looking for a Site Manager for a clean water reservoir tower refurbishment project. The works involve roof membrane replacement, birdcage scaffolding and crane lifts. Duties Manage site establishment and daily site activities Oversee roof membrane removal and replacement Coordinate scaffolding installation, alterations and dismantling Coordinate crane lifts, deliveries and material movements Supervise operatives and subcontractors, working to programme Manage site safety, RAMS, permits, inspections and paperwork Liaise with the client and project team Maintain clean water hygiene standards throughout the works Requirements SMSTS CSCS First Aid Temporary Works qualification would be a bonus EUSR Water Hygiene and Thames Water pass.
