PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR SALARY: GBP18.50 per hour (umbrella assignment rate) LOCATION: Coventry CONTRACT: 6-9 Month Temporary Contract HOURS: Minimum 30 hours per week flexible working pattern Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team on a 6 9 month temporary contract. This is an important role supporting the project team during a period of maternity cover. The successful candidate will need previous project or contract administration experience and be confident working independently from day one. THE ROLE Providing day-to-day project and contract administration support. Managing project documentation, records and general administration. Supporting the wider project team and helping to keep projects running smoothly. Working alongside and providing guidance to a trainee within the team. Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams as required. Using existing systems and processes, with training provided where necessary. THE PERSON Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar project-based role. Experience working within FM, construction, civils, engineering or a similar environment would be beneficial. Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running. Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Good communication and administration skills.
