The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Advising on divorce and separation, including financial remedy matters
- Handling private children matters and complex arrangements
- Drafting and advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Managing cohabitation disputes and related family law issues
- Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where required
- Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
