The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation, including financial remedy work
- Private children matters and related disputes
- Cohabitation and relationship breakdown advice
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and court documentation
- Managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care
