Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Park Royal, London.
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Dispatch Operative to join their busy warehouse and distribution team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for dispatch.
- Checking orders to ensure products and quantities are accurate.
- Organising and preparing goods for outgoing deliveries.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Checking delivery paperwork and ensuring dispatch records are accurate.
- Working closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready on time.
- Handling and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised dispatch area.
- Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or distribution environment would be beneficial.
- Experience within food manufacturing or food distribution would be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when preparing orders.
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and happy with manual handling duties.
- Ability to work the required night shift hours.
- £15 per hour.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Monday to Friday night shifts, 9pm–6:30am.
- 45 paid hours per week.
