- Coordinate HVAC, controls and BMS installations, alongside hot and cold water services and foul drainage.
- Coordinate electrical power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, containment, earthing and bonding.
- Manage interfaces with structured cabling, comms room fit-out, cable management and AV installations.
- Coordinate access control, CCTV, intruder detection and associated security infrastructure.

- Review risk assessments and method statements, coordinate permits to work and monitor compliance with site safety requirements.
- Inspect workmanship, maintain quality records and manage snagging.
- Monitor progress, report risks and delays, and agree corrective actions.
- Record changes and support the Project Manager with variations, cost control and progress reporting.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities, ensuring completion records, as-built information and handover documentation are provided.
- Ensure all personnel follow site security procedures and access requirements.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience managing construction and commercial fit-out projects as a Construction Manager or Site Manager.
- Experience coordinating architectural works and M&E installations across multiple subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience delivering works within existing buildings and managing interfaces with ongoing site activities.
- Good working knowledge of health and safety requirements and CDM Regulations.
- Experience managing programmes, quality inspections, snagging and handover.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- SMSTS, an appropriate CSCS card and a current First Aid at Work qualification.
