Are you a Site Engineer looking to take your career to the next level on major infrastructure and energy projects?
We're working exclusively with a leading UK infrastructure contractor delivering nationally significant projects across the power and utilities sector. With a strong pipeline of work secured for years to come, they're looking for a talented Site Engineer to join a flagship project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being close to delivery, solving technical challenges and seeing projects come to life on site. As Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering major infrastructure works by ensuring projects are constructed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for: Setting out and surveying activities Managing technical queries and site issues Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications Supporting quality inspections and testing plans Producing as-built records and site documentation Coordinating with site teams and subcontractors Monitoring progress and reporting project updates
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Section Engineer Civil Engineering or Construction project experience Strong setting out and surveying capabilities A good understanding of quality, safety and environmental standards Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience gained within utilities, highways, rail, infrastructure, power, energy or major construction projects would be highly advantageous.
