Multi Trade Carpenter Location: Bracknell, Berkshire Pay: £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: 12 Weeks Temp-to-Perm Benefits: Company Van Provided Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias) to join a busy housing maintenance team covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carrying out general carpentry repairs and maintenance. Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards and kitchen units. Completing basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks. Undertaking responsive repairs in occupied properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Working independently and managing daily workloads. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry and general property maintenance. Previous experience in social housing or domestic repairs preferred. Competence in additional trades. Full UK driving licence. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently. What's on Offer £25.00 per hour Umbrella. 40 hours per week.
