About the role
Customer Service Coordinator
£12.71 per hour | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Hybrid working after training
Are you the person who stays calm, gets the details right and makes sure customers know what’s happening? Our established market leading clients are looking for a friendly, organised person to support customers from initial call to resolution.
You’ll be a key point of contact, answering questions, providing updates and working with other teams and suppliers to keep each query moving. You’ll also check information, update systems and keep clear, accurate records.
You’ll need a warm, confident telephone manner, good attention to detail and the ability to juggle several cases without letting customers feel forgotten. If you’ve worked in a busy customer service or administration role, we’d love to hear from you.
